| We started our workk with CW advising their new CFO in Finance transformation. Confirming our IT and process skills we won further work providing support to CWW Plc in their supply chain. Highstreeters did an end to end QA and made some immediate to medium term recommendations. Some of the initial work included the following: Extending and improving the core master data.New design like adding new plants and storage locations.
Writing customised control reports to aid daily and month end operations. Reviewing and re writing end user training documentation. |

Merging different systems after the DTZ Donaldsons merger we designed a bespoke .Net system which merged data from different sources to enable a smoother cost and billing system for allocation of payroll costs, ad hoc and planned property expenses.
